"Safari was good no complaints there however, We booked the honeymoon suite, it’s the same as all the other rooms just with rose petals on the bed. They charge you extra for sundowners if you have a double, they charge you for water on the drives even though it’s offered to you as if it’s included. Food is average, very basic. Some local cuisine would be nice. Staff very difficult over charging and bills, no menu provided or price list for extra game drives, they made up the prices. "

The Lodge is slowly doing some necessary repairs and maintenance, but that will happen slowly over time, in the meantime come and stay for the kind, accommodating, friendly, and professional staff! "It was an excellent safari place. There were one waitress that needs to be kinder and more helpful. Food quality (beef cuts) should improve too. The lamb was full of nerves and fat. Rooms were beatiful. Game drives amazing."
