Liked pretty much everything about my stay. Breakfast was great. Only negative thing if I had to say was housekeeping knocking on my door at 10am when check out was 11am. I did have the do not disturb sign in the door too. When I opened the door what looked like a supervisor said she was checking if I needed anything?? I was checking out that day I didn’t need anything. Maybe if I stayed over but I wasn’t. Overall it was great stay and great value.

Nice place but not sure of the beds being quee size. Breakfast wasn't to bad had i found some. Wasn't even 8 a.m and Breakfast is over at 9 and they had only eggs left bacon was far to over cooked. Biscuits were to hard. I had better Breakfast at this place before and it was far way better.

The property is very dated, and the walls are "paper thin." You can hear every door opening and closing. The woman at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

When I arrived at the hotel I was told by the front end staff that my stay had been cancelled two days prior. Since I booked through Expedia I was not notified of the cancellation due to a over booking error between Choice Hotels and the third party (Expedia). After some frantic searching for an available room, the front end staff member was able to find a room due to a guest not showing up. The front end staff member did escort me up to the room to make sure it was “ready”, and it first glance it seemed ok. Once I settled into the room I noticed the floor had not been vacuumed, there were crumbs on the floor by the bed, an assortment of “debris” under the furniture, a dirty plastic fork on the floor by the bed, and later in the evening I discovered the room had fleas. I did not discover this until hours later around 4 am. I immediately packed up my bags, went down to the front desk and kindly asked to check out, and receive a refund for my stay. The front end staff was very apologetic once I showed proof of the room conditions I had taken with my phone and stated the manager would call me when she got in. I never received a call from the manager, when I tried calling back a few days later regarding the refund of charges, I called the hotel to speak with the manager. I was told she was on the other line, but would call me back. I have still not received a call from the manager, and I am disputing the charge on my cc for that stay.

The room was not cleaned very well. Food items were left on top of the desk and the refrigerator had several items, including spilled and spoiled items. The floor was clearly not vacuumed.

Disappointed customer.
Room was dirty both days. Mud and stains on carpet. Bathroom tub was dirty they left cleaning towels on sink. Walls dirty, room smelled bad need to do better in fixing beds

Not as good as a stay last year.
The sheets on the bed were not clean and had been slept on. There was only 1/4 roll of toilet paper in the bathroom so I had to retrieve a second roll from the front desk.

We always stay at this motel just this time the floors weren't swept , and the elevator stoped working and I was on the 3rd and with a disability had to use the stairs to check out , they didn't have a time on when the elevator was going to be fixed

The room had a less than fresh odor. There was mold all over the shower. The common area was not very clean decided not take advantage of the free breakfast as a result of the lack of overall cleanliness. We asked for room service one day out of our four day stay, they gave us now towels an that was all. Very disappointed overall. Would not stay here again.

The trip was good just some of the service at the desk was bad , whent to the front desk to ask question on why were we double charged and the morning girl refused to answer any question she refuse to look at my phone showing the charges all she kept saying was she didn't know why it happened, she didn't look it up on the computer then she hands me a printout on the charges she did on my card which she didnt explain except it was charges for Saturday which I didnt get an explanation on it , next time I will pay with cash

We arrived late and were given a room that seemed dirty but really was just worn out. The air conditioner was making a noise I can only describe as sounding like an old fashioned alarm clock. The toilet seemed dirty but as we later found out it was just sediment in the water from the whole property having their water shut off earlier that day. A simple heads up about the water when we checked in would have avoided us thinking the toilet was dirty. We were offered a different room since I wouldn't be able to sleep with the clanking air conditioner and were upgraded to a suite. The suite was nicer since it didn't seem to be as worn out/ used as much probably due to the higher price of that type of room. My only complaints about that room were that the AC didn't seem to take the humidity out so it was damp all the time which is probably why there were mold issues in the bathroom. We also heard a vacuum at 11pm in the hall and adjacent room that would have woken is up if we had been asleep. The staff needs to wear uniforms or at least matching Tshirts because the whole time we were there we couldn't tell who was staff and who was a guest. All this to say we will probably stay elsewhere next time.

Would like our money back. For anyone in the future PLEASE do not stay here!!!! The place was infested with roaches, we saw 6 in less than the 12 hours we were there. It was absolutely disgusting and the pictures do NOT accurately show what the rooms look like. Terribly beat up!!

Carpets are getting worn out. Toilet paper rack was barely hanging on. Seems this has turned into somewhat of and oil field worker place to stay. We stayed Friday and Saturday night. Friday night we had to call the front desk because they were having a party in the room next to us. The shower was decent and the bed was comfortable and it was quite a bit cheaper than the La Quinta down the street.

Good Stay
Staff were friendly and accommodating. Overall a good experience. However, the carpets need a good clean. Outside our room door it looked like there had been a large spill or animal sacrifice! Haha! Really though the carpets are in dire need of cleaning both in the rooms and hallways.
