owned hotel is a big part of this magical experience. From the moment I walked in l was greeted by the kindest most loving Almurjan stars like Maya at the reception and Nicola the GM. ALL the other stars are also AMAZING! They’re truly wonderful in their communication and professionalism besides their kindness. The lobby is glorious the rooftop is so romantic especially now and the rooms have a view and are clean and comfortable....

"It sits in a very nice area of the mountains of Lebanon, very quite, the view is unbelievably gorgeous. We happened to have a very hot humid front during our stay, but I expect it to be great in good weather. The staff are very nice, cooperative and friendly . The morning breakfast was about average. The pool was great. The Wi-Fi is bad, I could not depend on it through out the duration of my stay. The facility needs a face lift. We were upgraded to a nice wide clean comfortable spacious room...
