"The hotel was located in an excellent spot, near many restaurants, There are also restaurants in the lobby of the hotel, an IHop, The Keg and TGIF. It was close to the Skylon Tower and Niagara Falls. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. Definitely would stay there again."

"Very clean and comfortable room. Good location close to lots of restaurants and short walk to shows at Fallsview Casino. Nice observation deck on the 25th floor offers a great view of the falls. Only small drawback is the lack of parking on site. You can self drive to the nearby lot about 1 kilometre away and take a shuttle back for 35 dollars or a valet will look after the parking but charge $100."

"Elevator situation is terrible. There is ONE small elevator in the entire building! Waited a looong time. Also not very friendly at check in and a little difficult to navigate for anyone using a wheelchair. Finally, I am always leery of hotels that don’t offer a receipt upon checkout because I’ve been charged for things I never used (parking) (at another hotel) and didn’t know until I got home an got an email receipt. "We had specific issues because of the age of the room. The toilet was very low, was not tight and rocked and would not fill properly. One of the bedside lights which was hardwired would not stay on. Wiring issue? We were advised to ask for a newer room."
