Us three adults were very comfortable in the massively comfortable beds (even the trundle), and we had space in the room the move around and not bump into each other. Sleep in a hotel room is important, and it was quiet and dark enough to do just that. The mini fridge, the microwave, the iron, the ironing board, and the blow dryer were all used and worked and were a God-send to these under-packed travelers. Everything from the bedside lamp...

"Had to pay $20 a day to park, pool was broken and not fixed during my entire 3days stay, the elevator broke the second day, had to take the stairs from the 6th floor. Staff are horrible. The AC in my room broke from the first night, my room was changed the second night. All this kids from Sheraton hotel at the price they charging was a very unpleasant suprise and a huge disappointment. Don’t ever use this hotel, you will hate yourself for wasting money"

"I won’t recommend staying at this hotel because it’s not up to code rooms are smoked in and they have strong odor plus it’s a live in hotel you have all sorts of things going on it needs to be renovated and also sheets and blankets smell as if they haven’t been washed or replaced after clients leave. Not recommended pay the extra 30 dollars and have a better stay."

"They need to get a new elevator like last year! It takes you to the incorrect floor or it doesn't work at all. Also the indoor pool had cloudy water."

"We were very excited to be able to check in early when we arrived. The hostess was super sweet and helpful, pointing out local attractions, and all the parts of the room. Breakfast both mornings was absolutely delicious and all of the staff was very friendly. We did miss our Manager cocktail hour due to a staff training. Location was fantastic. Would recommend staying here."
