The pool is small. People who were not hotel guests were following guests in after unlocking the doors and staying for the day and letting their families in. "The hotel was a convenient location for baseball families playing at the cal Ripken experience. That being said, the hotel and local restaurants get overwhelmed by players after the games on the weekends the hotel was for the most part very clean. The pillows were not good at all, but the bed was nice. Our air conditioning did not work upon checking in, but the service staff had it fixed very quickly. "Well for starters the door was left unlocked from parking lot so there were a few unsavory people squatting in the stairwell. Apparently there are people actually living here. Carpets were filthy, microwave did not work .Thick sheet of dirty dust on telephone and dressers as well as all other prices of furniture. Bed sheets had strands of hair in bed. "

"I won’t recommend staying at this hotel because it’s not up to code rooms are smoked in and they have strong odor plus it’s a live in hotel you have all sorts of things going on it needs to be renovated and also sheets and blankets smell as if they haven’t been washed or replaced after clients leave. Not recommended pay the extra 30 dollars and have a better stay."

"This hotel is in need of repair. The pull out sofa had more rips and tears than what should ever be seen. Way over priced for what you get"

"I liked how the room was decorated and put together. There was a lot to choose from on the breakfast buffet and the kitchen kept up nicely with with demand. Without being ask, the cleaning staff removed our dirty towels and replaced them with fresh one. I do believe there was anything to speak of that I didn’t like."
