Incompréhensible Pas de télé sans la chambre. 65 euros pour un plateau repas qu'il faut commander 48h en avance. Pas de restaurant a proximité. Prise de chambre jusqu'à 18h00 pour avoir qq de physiquement présent. Un cadeau que j'ai fais a mes beaux parents mais déçu au global au regard du prix. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The parking space we requested well in advance was available , check in was easy , we used the kitchenette including the fridge / freezer , and caught up on all our laundry using the washer and dryer on site ( would appreciate English instructions as well but Google Translate worked as always ) . While our laundry was happening we utilized the roof top terrace right by it and enjoyed wine while doing the clothes. The location was ideal for checking out Annecy and a day trip to Geneva ."

"Clean, quiet, and comfortable apartment style hotel. There was someone there at check in but I didn't see anyone the rest of the time. My passcode included the letter A which was difficult to see on the key pad. They have laundry facilities which was a blessing for me as I needed to use them. However, if you stop the dryer to check on clothes you will need to pay again to restart. They advertise that they have breakfast avail for 15€ but I never did see where that was. I sent a message asking about it and never received a response but I did receive several bot style messages both before and after. Was excited to see an outlet in the bathroom only to be disappointed that it was low voltage and wouldn't operate hair appliances. My biggest complaint was the smell. There was a horrible odor whenever you opened the fridge and there seemed to be a constant whiff coming from the drains. It wasn't overpowering but enough to know it was there. Overall, a pleasant stay and I got great sleep with the blackout curtains. Short walk to town (about 20 minutes) and a store close by."
