"4人で使用しました。 お部屋の大きさ、見晴らし、置いてある設備はじゅうぶん満足でしたが、エアコンが故障していて修理をお願いしたこと、コーヒーメーカーが壊れていて使えなかったことが残念でした。 ただ、ハワイでの生活をたっぷり楽しめたので皆、満足しています。 ホテルの方も親切で過ごしやすいホテルです。 また利用したいので、各部屋のメンテナンスをお願いいたします。"

"6FのBBQ、レクリエーション エリアの工事は完了していました。 パーキングの係員の態度が悪く、ゲスト料金のことを訪ねてもキチンとした答えが帰って来ませんでした。 フロントでチェックインしてパーキング利用の旨を伝えて、料金を支払ってゲストの証をもらう必要があります。そうでないと一般利用の高額な料金を請求されます。"
