"Wonderful Experience "

"Okay"

"No hot water in the building the morning after check-in. In fact, no lights in elevators or working phone system or internet that morning. Had to go to front desk to report. That evening, the night front desk attendant told us we could not use the tables in the public area/ breakfast area after 12am and had to leave the area. The front desk agent was very abrupt. There were no posted signs indicating allowed times of use for that area. The next morning the water was hot but when I went to apply “conditioner” from prefilled “Dove” bottle, it foamed up indicating it was refilled with either body wash or shampoo. This tells me that either they are not refilling with the same products or the attendant was not paying attention. This makes me wonder if they are in fact “Dove” products. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and all of the people in our group woke up with back pain and stiffness. We come to the area every year for a festival at the Fairgrounds. Unfortunately this is the last time we will be staying in this hotel. "

"Room was fine. Only real complaint was no hot water at 10:30 on a Saturday. "

"Kids running around screaming until 1am; apparently this hotel is used as a weekend "getaway" by locals in the area. I had the pleasure of taking an elevator ride with an armed police officer and security staff after getting back from dinner. "

"The breakfast was delicious and was a wide variety to choose from. The check in process was quick and easy. The room was quiet and the only issue was the bathroom was dirty when I got there. It was a good place to spend the weekend. "

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Doubletree. I've stayed at Doubletree properties in the past and found this one to be lovely as well. Staff was accommodating pleasant, and was able to provide me with everything I needed. I was staying for a college tour at a nearby university with my child and when we return for further visits, I will definitely stay with them again thank you!"
