"Clean room - young lady who checked us in was helpful and efficient. However the room we were in overlooked the highway-even though the windows were double glazed, the noise from the traffic was horrific! My advice would be to ask for a carpark side room. Don't bother with the breakfast either!"

"When i called the day prior regarding check in there was no notice that our accommodation had changed to another site, it was only when we arrived late in the day that we realised. With 3 young kids we felt we had no option but to stay. All the parking was full so we couldnt park near our room. All could be forgiven with a good nights sleep. Unfortunately there was someone banging on doors and yelling all night frightening my kids and keeping us awake. The only positives was that check in and out was easy and all information was sent via text. "

"- Deliberately deceiving guests. - Incorrect address (other side of the road in a different building). - Lying about the parking situation with misleading wording. Stating ‘self-parking available’ is an absolute lie. Saying parking is unavailable when multiple parking spaces were free the entire time. - Mould in the bathroom and bedroom - Fly screen on 1 out of 3 windows and that was broken so didn’t work - Paper thin walls where you can hear every movement and even low level conversation from other rooms…let alone the multiple 15 second rounds of ‘adult activities’. - Bed too soft…it feels like your legs are higher than the rest of your body. - Old and damaged furniture (chairs in the room are disgusting with the material flaking off). - Fridge noise kept clicking in and off. - Etc."

"The dinner in the restaurant on site was fantastic, and excellent value (we had the daily special). Bathrooms were well appointed, but some of the other guests DON'T clean up after themselves, which is a huge shame."

"I was actually at Executive apartments, Lux does not have 1 bedroom apartments! Roadworks and demolitions at the site made it uncomfortable, roadworks were finishing around 3am so sleep was very disrupted. Good thing was over the road from the Jeso hotel, great meals only a short walk away"
