"Front desk staff, Hannah, greeted me with a friendly smile; such a nice welcome at the end of my day’s travel. She was friendly and polite, assisting me with local restaurant and 4th of July event recommendations. The room was stylish and the bed (mattress and pillows) were very comfortable. The airport shuttle driver, Vern, met me with a smile for my early morning plane departure. I will return here again on my next visit through Spokane."

"The only thing good about this hotel is that it is pet friendly and pets stay there for free. Otherwise there was blood and cigarette burns on the comforter in our first room & the TV didn't work. Went and complained about it & switched rooms. And before you even start, yes, I know it's a motel 6. I know what I'm getting and walking in to, however, that DOES NOT mean that it should be unkept this bad and that anyone should have to endure this & pay for it. "Hotel is just above average. Decent rooms and pool/spa area. Lots of communal areas downstairs. Breakfast had very little options and is the same every morning. Beware of an additional charge for the safe in your room. I've never had additional charges for a safe before. Front desk will reverse the fee for you, but I didn't even know about it until I got home and saw the extra charge on my bank account."

"First of all they advertise they have their own parking lot. While they do, it fits probably only around 15 vehicles and only if they’re compact size. Secondly, I sent a special request that we be able to have a room near the entrance and without stairs since we were there for my husband to have double eye surgery. No one ever contacted me to tell me that we may have to park in a parking garage and then walk to the hotel or tell me the only way to get to our room was up a flight of stairs. ...

"Our room was ready when we arrived. It was bigger than we expected. It was also clean. Check in was fast and friendly staff. The breakfast was great a lot of good options and it never ran out, which is nice when the hotel is sold out. I did not use hot tub. Overall a great experience and we will still here again."
