"The ratings would have been higher had the property paid attention to critical service issues that were identified and brought to their attention. I was in room 553 and complained from the first day of an unpleasant odor emanating from the drains (face basin, tub, and shower) in the bathroom. Instead of moving my reservation to a different room, they just removed the caps of the drain, stating they cleaned them. That was far from the truth; we instead had to deal with the unpleasant smell for the duration of the entire stay. Vacationers, please beware of that room."

"Excellent new apartment hotel. Complete kitchen, 75 inch TV, tub and shower and in-room washer/drier. Short walk from Gautrain station and various restaurants. Perfect for overnight airport stopover or for a longer stay. In terms of amenities and price, one of the best hotels I've ever booked."

"The reception staff were polite and helpful. I arrived late and left by 11 am. The apartment is spacious and bed linen were comfy for a good night sleep. It's walking distance to Sandton City and we managed to walk up and down in the morning and it was safe."

"Spent 4 nights in the hotel, 3 issues faced for a 5star hotel, internet was weak, tv had no Netflix or amazon prime application, they refused to bring a microwave to my suite as well as refused to warm my meals unless it was purchased from their restaurant lol."

"The breakfast was pretty good. However the rooms are very very tiny. Make sure you cross check the square metres before booking. We had to upgrade to a bigger room. The telephone wasnt working and we had go down to reception any time we needed assistance with anything. Only on the last day were we told we could scan the key to create an account from which you can request hotel services. There is also no room service for food as the restaurants are independent of the hotel. You have to order food and bring it up alone. The staff was sometimes rude to some guests as well. They also only provide water on the day of arrival after which you have to buy from the restaurants. They also did not have Netflix even though they advertised as such. In summary it is a great location, great breakfast, poor service"
