Home from home, a hotel that's not too small that it doesn't have all the facilities and not too big that it's busy, noisy and impersonal. Excellent and I mean excellent dining. Great to relax by the pool and have drinks delivered to you. Great free shuttle to and from Nelson Mandela Square and surrounding shopping malls. Very spacious room/apartment and nice and quiet. Lovely staff and reception helped with all our arrangements for visits to attractions, this helps make our holiday very enjoyable. Thanks you so much and see you again.

Dont stay here!

We left the hotel and booked in somewhere else. The rooms are old, outdated and tired. Chipped cupboards and aan awful “old” smell to the suite. We did not stay at this hotel.

The breakfast included in the cost of the room was easily the best hotel breakfast I ever had! Hotel staff was so friendly and helpful. The manager handled a change in my plans seamlessly and generously. The property is clean, comfortable and well maintained. I would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable stay

My request for a room on the ground floor was met with an upgrade to a suite. The room was clean, and my only suggestion is to have international plugs installed in the rooms, however one may request for an adapter from reception. The food was good, the staff friendly except at breakfast, the lady at the desk was a little too busy to greet back clients. Overally I would recommend the hotel to anyone and would stay there again.
