Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
The property did not have an indoor kitchen and was unable to make plans to get one. Tried to overcharge us. Had to cancel the entire experience with them.

2/10 Terrible

They told us hotel.com is a scam and refused to book us in. They keep taking you to their window which only tells me that they are phone cloning and card skimming. The guy is called John which is very generic name for scammers. I hope it helps other people not to get scammed because hotel.com the one I am using is not a scam.
