Enganação completa
As fotos dos anúncios são dos quartos virados para o mar. Primeira colocados em um quarto ridiculamente pequeno, muito diferente do qual contratamos pelo anúncio. Mudamos então para uma segunda suíte com uma bela vista para o muro, uma porta que batia no frigobar, o banheiro com janela para o corredor social e lençóis rasgados e sujos de sangue. O antende noturno efetuou a troca da roupa de cama e falou que providenciaria a troca de quarto para o que efetivamente reservamos no dia seguinte. No dia seguinte o atendente do novo turno falou que a troca não seria possível por estarem lotados, mas que poderiam alterar outras reservas frente a um pagamento de sobretaxa de 30%. Questionei a cobrança pois hotel em questão não tem variação de tarifas de acordo com os quartos, todos são o mesmo valor. O atendente então afirmou que essa era a informação passada pela gerência. São cobrados à parte, qualquer troca de roupa de cama antes da segunda diária. O que é ridículo para um hotel na beira da praia. O serviço de quarto também só pode ser solicitado após a segunda diária, e deeve ser requisitado com um dia de antecedência. Precisei usar a sala de reuniões, que estava vazia, para uma reunião remota. Quando estava no meio da reunião, entra um capanga do hote, com toda a delicadeza de um rinoceronte e desliga o ar porque, segundo ele eu deveria ter pedido autorização. Resumindo, é pura enganação e amadorismo. Fujam.

Unpleasant stay. Desagradavel estada.
The experience was not good at all. I had to pay a fee to have a friend over to talk for like 30 mins. My AC didn't work all night long. I went to talk to the Manager he seemed like he didn't care about my concerns. I'd never recommend this hotel to no-one.

Bem localizado, mas muito desconfortável
Apesar de bem localizado, uma equipe de recepção ótima e solicita (tivemos um problema com o ar condicionado do quarto e nos acomodaram rapidamente em outro), o hotel deixa muito a desejar, principalmente nos quesitos conforto e tranquilidade. O colchão da cama é extremamente desconfortável, travesseiros em igual condição e, o mais agravante, a total ausência de isolamento acústico. É possível ouvir barulhos do corredor que causam bastante incomodo e problemas na hora de dormir. Sejam o barulho de outros hóspedes conversando ou com volume alto da televisão, bem como também dos funcionários, que fazem bastante barulho. O café da manhã é razoável, mas não compatível com o valor cobrado na diária (isso vale tanto para o café como a acomodação), mas a ausência de placas com o nome dos pratos servidos ou disponíveis, leva o hóspede a um jogo de adivinhação na hora do café.

Razoável, o hotel fica a beira mar, porém a estrutura é mediana para o preço, o ar condicionado do meu quarto estava com defeito, a tv passou 1 dia inteiro sem sinal e ninguém fez nada, o café da manhã é bom. se vc quiser um edredom terá que pagar, não apresenta custo benefício.
