"Room was not cleaned completely, i'm not talking about change the sheets, which most understandable nowadays hotels doesn't change bedsheet on daily basis. But the coffee mug and saucer used from 1st night weren't replaced until checkout day. New towels were just placed on top of our luggage instead of being replaced in the bathroom?? I was wondering if the housekeeping was about to clean our room and left for something then forgotten to continue cleaning our room?"
