"Very clean. I stayed in the 5th floor VIP room, which has nice extras like an excellent massage chair, samsung clothes steamer, and air purifier. Highly recommended. "

"Could not check in. You have to check in using a machine which was not working well and there is no way to contact anyone since there's no staff at all. I was almost stranded in Yongin because of this horrible system. Do not book with this hotel."
