"Upon arrival for check in we were told the room type we had booked was unavailable and given no explanation as to why. We had to spend our first night in a room with one less bed than needed until “the room type was available.” This was not a last minute booking; we had made this reservation 4 weeks in advance."

"Amenities are sparse. Door lock on our room was finicky as the magnetic cards are very sensitive to presence kf other cards and electronic devices according to the staff. Staff were very helpful and were very helpful in providing us with any planning or recommendations. Breakfast included, but very limited options. Hwoever, for traveling to Seattle on a budget, it is a great option."

"The front desk staff on check in and check out were incredibly helpful and friendly. The shuttle was clean and very useful to get to the hotel from the airport. Despite the traffic, our shuttle driver was friendly and did her best to make the trip quick. We were lucky to be placed into an updated and renovated room which was lovely! The bed and sheet were comfortable. I hope the lobby and breakfast areas get renovated, as they are a bit dated looking. The outside of the property was well...

"Poor customer service overall. We didn’t have Wi-Fi for the first two days of our three-day stay and had to speak with three different staff members before anything was addressed. This place is an extended-stay apartment building than a hotel, with sketchy neighbors and an uncomfortable atmosphere. There’s no room service or coffee machine either. The room itself was decent with a kitchenette setup but the overall experience was disappointing."

"We stay here 2-3 times a year. The location is perfect for our family when traveling to see the Mariners play. Property is well taken care of, friendly staff and the rooms are very clean!"

"I am unsure of where these photos were taken. The building and rooms were run down. Our first room smelled like urine and sweat. They moved us. The second room smelled like smoke with a hint of body odor but it was bad enough that the front desk staff sprayed cleaner and gave us a can of lysol to spray. And the topping of it was that our shower was broken. The knob to adjust temp would not move so cold showers it was as the added surprise"
