What you see in photos? Doesn’t even come close to how beautiful the place is. Yes, the curated style and design are absolutely stunning, but the true beauty of this place lies beyond the aesthetics - it’s in the ambiance, its energy, and above all, the people. There is a kindness here that cannot be performed. A warmth and generosity that greets you in every smile, every detail and every gesture. "Had a wonderful break here. Reading reviews about ants I bought spray on my first shop so it wasn't too bad a problem despite being ground floor. Lovely pool and lifeguard makes sure that people don't reserve and dont return so you can always get a chair whatever time of day. Spacious apartment with a modern look - had everything we needed. Lots of kids entertainment in evenings but it started too late for our kids! There are a lot of stairs in the complex so if you get a flat in the wrong area there might be a lot of walking steps - would advise messaging hotel in advance if need step free access! "

"Unheard of for us, but we decided to come back to this hotel after a week holiday last year. Everything about this hotel is superb. Reception staff, restaurant staff, bar staff, cleaning staff. My only gripe is that we asked for a room upgrade (as an Expedia platinum member) but were told that all the higher grade rooms were full. This wasn’t the case as we could clearly see that the suite we had last year was unoccupied for the duration of our stay. "

"Everything except breakfast is what a 5 star should be. Breakfast is sit down, which is great. But range of what is on offer like the juices, the protein is limited. Gluten free bread was schar, would expect something better at these prices. Other than that, hotel is faultless. Mediterranean restaurant run by chef Alex is very good. Rooms, better than the best hotels in the world. Clientele- no loud Americans which is a surprising and pleasant break from the rest of the hotels in Europe. "
