"Worst five star and shangri la ive ever stayed at.
1. The reception area smells like the same air freshness many toilets in malls use. Five star hotels shouldn't be using toxic cancer air freshners.
2. The chinese restaurant was good, but one could smell the toxic cancer causing air freshners used in mall toilets.
3. The shower head in the room had a 2$ shower head with a 1$ plastic hose. Though the bathtub was very nice and room relatively clean.
4. Place is very dated, like revisiting the shang back in the 1970s. Never been updated. Though place is in great condition and very clean.
5. The gym and health club was nice and fiting of a 4 and 4.5 star hotel.
6. The lunch and breakfast served the absolutely cheapest foods...at a 5 star hotel. I love buffetts and love 5 star hotel buffets, but this one is a pass."
