We enjoyed staying at Il Teatro hotel. We especially appreciated the nice rooftop swimming pool, the great beach towels and frequently change of towels. Nice and clean.

The property was clean. The staff was excellent! They were so kind and at every morning breakfast, they remembered our drink order after day one. The property is within walking distance of food and the beach. It's an houtr awaysfrom the main city of venice. We rented a car, but nearby public transportation is also available.

The staff were great, very helpful and friendly. Hotel was clean and had everything we needed. Bus stop is near by, however it is quite expensive, 31 euros for a day pass, when you have a family it soon adds up. Please note, it you go out of season, there is not much to do in the local area. Beautiful views of the beach, from out balcony, beach was 2 mins away and clean and great for the kids to play. Overall we had a great stay.

Handy to the Beach.

Excellent position just a 2 minute walk to the beach. Handy to have a washer and dryer. Enjoyed the one night stay and comprehensive breakfast in the morning was an added bonus.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. The ladies on reception are amazing and really helpful and friendly. We arrived in out of season time and they recommended places to go and eat. The hotel is clean and easy to get to by bus from the airport, it’s walking distance to beach and has a very nice pool on the top floor. They also offer free bikes to get around.

The kitchen-ette style living space, with a balcony with a sea view, was a lovely surprise. The receptionist, Martha, was lovely. Martha was very welcoming, attentive, and extremely helpful. Martha helped us arrange a hire car for a couple of days, so we could travel to Treviso. Property is handy for the bus to both Punta Sabbioni, and Lido di Jesolo. Combined tickets for the bus and boat to Venice (using the boat from Punta Sabbioni) can be bought from the reception, and the ticket includes the taxi boats for Venice) - and are well worth doing. We did 2 days in Venice using those. We made a suggestion for having some child-free times (and a clock added) for the indoor swimming area on the top floor, as familes with kids can sometimes get carried away and lose track of time there - meaning couples may occasionally find it tricky to have some quiet time up there with the current set up. This was really the only downside. The staff in the breakfast room were lovely too. The hotel looks very modern inside, and is well presented, and looked after. The safe in the room was easy to use. As a couple, maybe wanting to exploremore of the Veneto area, we found this location useful as a base, and we would use again. Loved Il Teatro!

Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe am Strand und im Preis sind 2 Liegen und 1 Sonnenschirm mit zugewiesener Nummer während des Aufenthalts inbegriffen. Das Frühstück war lecker und die Kaffeespezialitäten (richtiger Latte Macchiato oder Kaffee) war auch gratis. Pro Person erhält man 1 Strandhandtuch für die Zeit des Aufenthalts, kann es sich für 3 € in frisches umtauschen lassen. Die Außenparkplätze sind gratis, für Tiefgarage werden 9,-€ pro Tag berechnet.

Gute Lage und kurze Entfernung zum Strand. Unterkunft war schön und sauber, das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
