"The view from the room was wonderful, the room was very comfortable and nice looking, the bathroom had a mild smell which made me think that it wasn't as clean as it should have been. One nice improvement will be an upgrade to the additional room safety lock, it is a simple old fashion mechanism, easy to force open, however the property felt very safe in general. The staff was very welcoming and professional. The shuttle to the airpot is super clean and a great convenience. The breakfast buffet was amazing, filled with local and international foods, and outstanding service. I look forward to being a gust again next time I'm traveling to or out of Quito. "
