From our late arrival, Recepcion staff were kind and helpful. We left something important behind when we left, and they are being most helpful to us to get it back by courier. The hotel is beautifully fashioned from an old vintners house and is in front of a nice plaza. Only minutes' walk from the main square and close to the main old centre. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel and in a good location. Staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean. The cons for us was with air circulation, the room felt very stuffy. Also the bed matrass was somewhat hard and was a bit uncomfortable. These issues were not deal breakers because we were hardly in the room, however important enough to note. Overall, like I said it was a nice hotel and would definitely be considered if we ever return to Jerez.

Lovely old character property with nice rooms. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good, especially the apple cake! Good location with lots of restaurants a short walk away.

room good , roof terrace was very nice - pool was empty , breakfast at 12 euros was good - the coffee out of the machine was wierd being very sweet but there was a jug of coffee which was ok and pod coffee if you wanted it

Such a beautiful building! It used to be someone's mansion, it was so pretty that made you want to walk around and admire it. The room was comfortable too, and they brought me a kettle when I asked for it. The staff were very friendly.

Such a beautiful little hotel in the downtown of Jerez. Clean room, polite staff. There is also an amazing patio on the top floor to chill if you want.
