전북대 방문을 위해 아이와 같이 가기에 좋아요. 모텔 골목에서 가장 모텔스럽지 않은 느낌이예요. 단지 건물은 정말 허름해요.

가성비 괜찮은 곳입니다.

부근에 전북대와 시외버스터미널이 있고, 젊은층이 많은 유흥가에 있어서 장단점이 있습니다. 부근에 모텔들이 있어서 호텔 분위기를 기대한다면 좀 실망하겠지만 일단 들어가보면 객실은 그런대로 기본은 합니다.(너무 기대는 마시고) 2박3일간의 출장 기간동안 그런대로 편하게 지냈습니다. 특히, 조식으로 컵라면 계란 샐러드 토스트 우유와 쥬스가 무료로 제공되는데, 저는 친절하게도 수제 고퀄 샌드위치를 만들어주셔서 잘 먹었습니다.(다 해주는 것은 아닌 듯 하니 알아서...)
