"Bathroom tub was so stained it looked unclean. Our two key cards were deactivated by about 8:30am in the morning. Luckily, one of us was always in the room while we were loading up, or we would have both been looked out. Carpets were stained. The heating unit was constantly going off and on all night. Bed was nice though. "
