Very unique place with a retro feel. Loved that each room has a record player and a propane warming stove. Only way it could be a cooler place is if they had a pool.

It was beautiful but the hidden fees were a lot. For one small dog, it was $150.00 for the two days, and the resort fee was $35 daily. It did not offer anything for a resort fee (pool, Spa, hot tub, doggie spa...haha). I don't mind paying but you have to be upfront when you post places like this. I pre-paid but could have stayed in another place with the extra fees. This was a big turn-off for me.

Great getaway on the north coast
Wonderful hotel on the north coast. Everything was great. The room was very comfortable, quiet and had a nice deck and beautiful ocean view. Given its isolated location it was perfect for a very relaxing and romantic getaway. The restaurant has a beautiful ocean view, great food, friendly and accommodating staff. Wonderful remote property with ocean view hikes, lots of games, dog friendly, and very peaceful

Ehh… not great this time
The service was fine but the room was in pretty rough contrition… dead bugs on the ceiling, big spiders, melted chocolate on the floor and rug, rug was ripped and tattered, walls and ceilings were dirty, shelf in bathroom was broken and couldn’t hold the soap and shampoo bottles stationed on it… my family and I have been visiting this hotel for 7+ years and the room quality has gone down significantly while the price has gone up :( sad to see… also, they did not provide the “free” bottle of wine included with the stay

Fantastic place. Amazing cliffside views. Sea lions frolicking in the waves. Wished we could have stayed longer and just watched the ocean all day.

The atmosphere and remoteness of Timer Cove Resort was one of the main reasons I am giving a 5 star, of course along with the great dining, and fantastic staff! Our room was really comfy with it's own fire heater. It really felt like the getaway that we needed. Thanks Timber Cove!

Service and resort “perks” were underwhelming. The cookies and anything else they put out in the lobby were very limited and ran out quickly. Pastries and coffee are only served 6-8am (before anyone is really awake or leaving their room and they don’t tell you that upfront either). These treats weren’t great quality (seemed cheap abd store bought). No decaf coffee offered either. For the price people pay to stay here resort fee, i was expecting a better quality experience with more generous offerings.

What a setting! Beautiful resort. Cabin vibes on the coast. Good was excellent. Service was friendly and attentive. We had a cove view room. It was beautiful to wake up to the view with the fog rolling in. We also saw a family of deer munching on the lawn. You will not regret a stay at Timber Cove.

Amazing stay at a beautiful lodge. Not only does the property feel very cosy, but also very modern with its amenities. The staff go above and beyond and made us feel like we were part of a big family. Would recommend to everyone to stay here!

Great place, great food, off the grid/map
We both loved the scenery- it was beautiful, and the rustic feel. We liked that it was smaller for a resort, more quaint. The food was delicious and staff was friendly. Be sure to eat when offered or you have to travel some distance for food. It was a hike to get there, but a beautiful and scenic route.
