"Pool wasn't heated and the door was difficult to open. Breakfast was horrible and I complained to the manager. He told me "Well, you paid more for the Holiday Inn" and I told him that was not true at all! I was in this hotel 4 days and tried everything on the breakfast menu. The last day there were Hostess cupcakes and I hoped those were moist enough that they didn't get stuck in my throat... nope, dry Hostess cupcakes too. Zero meat products... not a single piece of bacon or sausage. The...

"Person checking in was very friendly and helpful. The property was clean and in very good condition. I asked how old the motel was and was informed it was 17 years old; I then asked when it was remodeled and informed it hasn't been. Extremely nice motel."

"When we arrived we had issues checking in. It appeared they did not have a room for us and had to try to find one in the spur of the moment. The room appeared to be great until.......you got in the bathroom! Whoever was supposed to finish the bathroom apparently forgot to bring a caulking gun when they "finished" the bathroom. The toilet was not sealed to the floor. When you set down and got up that baby went with you! The next morning my 67 year old cousin was brushing her teeth when the front...

"The low price matched property. No carpet so noise carries from other rooms. Designated smoking areas were at entrance/exit doors, so get second hand smoke in hallways. Active train at back of property. Unfriendly staff. Have cash for deposit because might not get refunded if use credit card. Have to take out own trash or no deposit refunded."

"Residence Inn by Marriott Atlanta McDonough holds a special place in our hearts, as it saved us during a previous trip when another hotel was overbooked and left us stranded.
We arrived before check-in and were warmly greeted by Wanda at the front desk. We only intended to drop off our luggage, but Wanda went above and beyond, allowing us to check in early and even upgrading our room! We were celebrating our 15th anniversary, which I'd mentioned in our booking, and Wanda truly made us feel...
