The bad:Our room need repair badly, there was a circular patch that was falling off the wall which was right next to the electrical box which my child was very interested in, the kitchen did not come with a broom/dustpan which was needed for cleaning, rug was coming apart from the wall in several places in the bedroom, toilet paper was HORRIBLE so be sure to bring your own also paper towels the same, and the trash can in the kitchen is tiny which is bad considering they only clean every other day and that tiny 6/8 gallon gets filled up quick when you cook! Also they had issues with the terminal so took them 20 minutes to get checked in. Internet did have a few issues connecting the 2nd day we were there but was fine after that.housekeeping only leaves 2 towels so be prepared to ask for a 3rd, and check your ice bucket as ours was cracked, we learned when he tried to get ice and it leaked all over the counter
The Good: the room came with pots/pans, silverware, plates, cups, and cooking utensils. The outside of the property was very nice with cornhole, the pool, lots of sitting areas both inside and out. The boardwalk was nice walking to the ocean everyday with showers right at the pool. Full breakfast was definitely a perk of Residence in : bagels, oatmeal, waffles, eggs, bacon or sausage, fruit, milk and yogurt.
Overall the outside property and staff made up for the room issues. However we won’t be staying there again.
