Nice 4 individual twin beds for us friends. Not a lot of electrical outlet for charging. The location is along the main road and 10 mins to the airport.

The property looked very fancy outside and in the lobby but the room is not that great. However, the hotel is only a few minutes walk away from the shopping area and dining places. The hotel is also less than 30 minutes by bus from the airport and the bus stop is only a couple of steps away from the hotel.

No Air conditioning on cooler weather. Need to open the window without mosquito net and will eventually hv bug visitors in your room. Plus hearing the street noises.

Booked presidential suite. Room very big, comes with 2 queen size beds, 2 washing basins n a sitting room. Hotel also allowed 4 adults in this room. Room a bit dusty. Hotel is only 10m from exit 12 of junggang underground shopping street which is about 200m long but keep ur expectations in check, can't compare with seoul underground shopping streets ya.

Excellent location - Bed very uncomfortable. Only one pillow per person, very flat. Tea, coffee facilities, but no tea/coffee provided. Not enough towels. Still convenient

Perfect location overlooking the historic Jeju-mok Governmemt Office, few steps away from gate 12 of the Jungon Underground Mall whuch leads to Dongmun Market. Taxis are pretty easy to flag. Room is clean, quiet and spacious.

Old but ok stay
Keep your expectations for the stay low. For the price paid, it could be better. We entered the room and saw a dead cockroach near the bed. You will also see drain flies in the toilet. There was a very annoying fan sound and I told the staff but they said it's just loud fan sound in the ceiling and didn't bother clarifying more. It could also be they can't really converse in English. During check-out, I asked the concierge to help call me a taxi to the airport and he refused. Said the timing is not right (it was about 715am) and asked me to just go out to the street and flag a taxi myself. Service is really unacceptable so it's really what you pay is what you get.

Good location in Old Jeju, easy access to airport. Close to Dongmun market. If you're looking for more food/shopping options, maybe try staying in new Jeju instead. If you like walking along the water, this is a good option though.

Centrally located and good choice hotel
Loved that the hotel was centrally located. It was across from a folk village, a less than 5 minute walk from a market and underground shopping. The hotel does not serve breakfast but there was a good portion of resturants, bakeries and coffee shops nearby. Parking is next to the hotel and it was free for hotel guests. They were in the process of renovating the main entrance but they made sure to work during the day when guests were out touring. Staff was friendly and the rate per night was great. I would def recommend this hotel.

We stayed in Staz Hotel Robero for 3 nights and it was a pleasant experience. Room was quite clean and hotel staff were quite supportive. The best part is the hotel location. Main tourist attractions are well connected by public transportation which one can get within 4-5 mins of walking distance from hotel premises. Hotel is 3-4 bus stops away from Jeju International Airport (bus no. 365). I would strongly recommend to stay here if someone is looking for an affordable and well placed accommodation.

Good for the budget but that’s about it.
This hotel had all the potential to be great and maybe it was 10 years ago. The room lacked any real amenities. After running the air conditioner for 5hrs the coolest our room got was 76 degrees. When we called to complain to the front desk they sent a standing fan to our room. To make matters worse the beds were extremely uncomfortable and that’s saying a lot because I’ve stayed in places that only offer ondol beds (Korean floor mats) and they were more comfortable. If you’re booking in a pinch than this place should be fine but if you have a choice try somewhere else.

The hotel is really pretty from the outside and the lobby but the rooms are very meh. My room looked rather dirty, the walls were gross and the carpet had stains on it. The bathroom didn’t have a bidet, something I’ve come to expect in Korea, and I’m pretty sure the shampoo and shower gel were the same thing. Their Expedia page said they served breakfast but they didn’t. They knocked on my door twice for room service but I said no thank you as I was trying to sleep, but then they called the room twice like?? Overall it was only like 30 bucks a night so what more could I expect.

Nice, Clean and spacious, friendly staff, walking distant to Dongmun Traditional Market. It has a Coin Operated laundry and dryer at its annex building. Will recommend to friends and fellow travelers to Jeju.
