"No TV cable service. Called front desk and asked if the TV service worked. They replied “Not Really”."

"The controls of the shower were not operating correctly. I could not get the hot water to come out. The handle was stripped, and they should’ve known that they made clean the bathroom. They should know that the plumbing didn’t work so I couldn’t take a shower in the room just wash up in the face bowl with sucked and I probably will not stay there again. I used to stay there all the time but now he can’t even get a hold of the front desk. They don’t even have a local number you end up calling...

"Had to wait fifteen minutes before someone would come check us in. She was nice. We got a room on first floor in the side where it seemed like people were living in the hotel - hanging out in the doorway and lots video games playing. Other room beside us was filled with dogs barking. The room smelled terrible so we walked out and turned our key in and chose to stay somewhere else. Very different than the pictures make it seem."

"Sleep Inn is conveniently located and easy to access. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and free of any unpleasant odors. One feature I particularly appreciated was that the window could be opened slightly, allowing fresh air to circulate through the room and making the environment feel much fresher and more pleasant. "Room with so unclean. Dirty floors and fleas. Non smoking room but had clearly been heavily smoked in!!! After a 12 hour drive, I could not relax or rest. I felt so uncomfortable!! My 3 year old seemed stressed and uncomfortable as well!!! :( Never again!!!!"

"The hallway smells mildew and the first room I had there was bed bugs on the pillow. The overnight person working moved me to another room but I didn’t get any sleep because I was nervous from seeing the bed bugs. Spoke with the manager the next morning and she wasn’t helpful sounded as if she didn’t care or was use to people telling her this. I asked for a refund and was told since I booked through a 3rd party website she couldn’t do anything. Please beware staying at this hotel"

"The water pressure in the shower was poor. The hand held sprayer was useless. The attempt to update was poor. They left old ceramic which was old and nasty on the floor and half way up the shower and left the old bath tub faucets on the wall. The room had no safe, no coffee maker and no ice bucket. There were no hot items on the breakfast and the coffee was terrible. People were nice but we won't stop there again."

"Because of the graduation at VT their prices were inflated (all hotels & motels were) but it was the cheapest I could find. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The place is older and could use some renovating. Overall a good place to stay, nice friendly staff."
