"The room was very clean and it was nice and quiet. I got some much needed rest. The breakfast was good and they also serve supper which was an added bonus. I will be visiting again soon."

"Originally built in 1840, some 20 years before the civil war. Very solid and updated electrical & plumbing. 4 post beds. No closet but a highly polished chiffarobe cabinet for hang up cloths. Breakfast was great as the canded yams were the best I have ever tasted."

"Nice spot for the price of location. This place is a little dated but they are making improvements little by little. Breakfast is pretty good. "

"Absolutely loved our stay here. Felt like a true Southern Belle. Our room was beautiful. We sat on the rocking chairs on the second floor balcony quite a lot and just enjoyed the luxurious atmosphere. It was very peaceful and quiet. The staff was very friendly. Enjoyed the house tour. "

"My only complaint was that we thought we needed an extra bed.. so they brought us one .. but the mattress had really bad stains.. actually horrible... And the mattress looks unclean and dirty. Of course we did not use it we willed it back outside in the hall... Luckily for us we didn't need it we use the sofa couch. But overall The experience there was great"
