The bed is nasty no fitted sheets wall r nasty people fighting in the halls door be slam over all is a dirty place they need to come in these rooms and power wash them and get some different beds u sit on it u sink to the floor.

The staff was nice and professional. The facility was very subpar. The smallest soaps , wash cloth sized towels, throw pillow sized bed pillows. Shampoo that you need a scissors to open. A complimentary breakfast that appeared to be what I imagine the scope of a Soviet period offering. A few biscuits and. Small hot plate with gravy. I know now what the Soviet system of scarcity brought the fall of that country’s political system.

Were to start ive got photos, dirty, towels, table dirty, lolked like nothing was clean. Makeup on my towel was so gross, couch was old and bleached out like it waS from side of the road, loud noises all night long the breakfast was the worst breakfast we've ever had in our lives the coffee literally look like tea and tasted like watered down coffee the biscuits and gravy were like water and tasteless they wouldn't allow us to bring anything to our room keep down on the bugs they said. Also was charged for my service animal after on their website it stated doffer, ive never been charged for my service animal. they charge $20 instead of $10, but in the room it staed $10 per pet.

When I walked in the door I could immediately smell marijuana. As I went down to the hall to my room I could smell it even more. My room was very outdated, Furniture was old and worn and dirty. When I left my room to go to the vending machine I could not even close my door because the latch would not go back into the door so I could close it. Breakfast left a lot to be desired.

I paid online for 4 people and when I got there they charged me an extra $50 stating that I only paid for 2 people and it would cost extra. The building smelled like cigarettes and just seemed dirty. The room actually wasn’t too bad in terms of cleanliness, about as clean as you get for a place like that. I wouldn’t choose this hotel again for long term stay, just good for a cheap 1 night thing

First I was given a room that was a storage room full of unused things, then they moved me to another one, but in that one, the bed was dirty with disgusting sheets, so I had to go back to pick up my belongings and get accommodated in another room.

Dirty and uncomfortable.
Front desk lady was very nice, and the staff was good. But the facility was SO disgusting and dirty. There were bugs in my room, holes in the wall, the bathroom door did not have a bolt in it, so it couldn’t lock. The only somewhat positive thing about the room was that it didn’t smell like smoke when it was a smoking room. The elevator smelled like urine and everything was just not clean. Very disappointed, when I spent $100 on the room. Should have spend just a few dollars more and had a vastly different experience. I never write reviews - especially negative ones - but PLEASE avoid this hotel if you want a clean, comfortable experience.

The noise from outside of the room was very loud. You could hear people walking across the floor upstairs. You could hear staff talking all night long, from 330 in the morning on right outside the door, the room was non smoking but people were smoking in rooms close by. It was suitable for one night. But no sleep at all.

Don't know why Hotels.com would risk their reputation by offering this hotel. Room (after changing to be less noisy) had dead roaches. Had to ask twice to get that cleaned up.

It was good enough for what we needed…just a stop to get off the road and sleep before continuing on our journey. It’s not a place I’d stay in again. It smelled bad, very limited hot water in the shower but the bed was comfortable. Room was about as clean as you can get it in an older building like this.

The night staff and morning staff were great, but the condition of the room was not good -- stained furniture and floor coverings; water pressure lacking; ice machine sooo loud it would wake you (on the first floor) when in use; had to use toilet paper to blow nose (no tissue provided). The positive was the night and morning staff -- they were both friendly and helpful.

The hotel was dirty. The entire hotel smelled like cigarette smoke. Our bathroom had one (1) washcloth and no (0) bath towels. When we asked where breakfast was the next morning, the guy behind the counter told us that the owners had left and did not leave him anything to make breakfast with but that he had some bananas that we could have. The same happened the following day. We will most certainly not stay there again.

Breakfast was not as listed corona or not , the room was not very clean , we had to ask them to clean the room , the sheets were stained . not the worst place we have been in but it was close . The manager was nice, but the second floor was under construction . The place is back off the road and no good signs pointing to the entrance .

I don't know where to even begin with this... I have stayed in many hotels all over the country but this was the very 1st time I seriously wondered if I should find a room elsewhere. The only saving grace about this place is the staff, the check-in staff, the owners, the housekeepers were all very helpful and sweet. There was a fridge and microwave in our room. That is where the good things end. It is apparent that no money has been put into this hotel in a very long time. As we walked in it reminded me of the old flop houses in New York City, there is a whole plethora of vending items to be purchased behind the counter, I thought this odd but hey, maybe they do things different in Jefferson City, MO. Anyway, as we walk into our room the over powering scent of probably the worst smelling Glade plug in on earth immediately assaulted our noses and I found my self compelled to find it in the room to immediately disarm it. Then I see our beds, although they looked clean, we were welcomed with stingy pillows (only 2 per bed) as well as cigarette burn holes in the thin blanket adorning both beds. There carpets looked clean until you look closer and can see dirt, dust bunnies and other odds and ends left by previous patrons along the floor/wall edges. All of the furniture was peeling and was missing the veneer overlay, exposing the particle board beneath. Did I mention the homeless encampment in the parking lot behind the hotel? Great Room
This is the first time I have stayed at this hotel. The room was clean, didn't smell and didn't see any bugs. Loved the room. Had one big King size bed, tv, etc. Will be staying here again when I come back to Missouri in a few months.

It’s looked like a damn slum behind the building , tires and trash laying there ! The rear entrance door near my room on the first floor was broken ! I was carrying a lot of cash and jewelry . So I did not sleep much and had my pistol close to me . The television did not work and changed a room and the tv still did not work, nice to be able to check the news and weather during travels , cable issues which does happen but there was not bad weather .before I checked out the tv started to work , oh joy . People were nice whom managed it but cmon no tv so I could destress after driving 496 miles . Never saw good coffee in the morning . What a crap hole

I have 3 pending charges for my room, because the machine was messed up. The lady reassured me that 2 of those did not go through, but I now have to keep a close eye on my account to make sure. We took our stuff to the room & went to watch my familys band. When we got back to the room about 12:45AM ready for bed I went into the bathroom & found a roach on the side of the tub. Walkes out and saw one on the floor outside the bathroom. My fiance started looking around & found some on the dresser. We loaded up our stuff & went for a refund. While at the desk getting a refund my fiance got one off my back. I was so grossed out. The staff was nice that is the only positive.
