"This is my second stay at The Fairmont and fortunately they've mantained their high quality of service. Our room was spacious and in excellent condition. The staff are warm and polite without being intrusive. Breakfast buffet has a vgood choice of local and international dishes. Just a tip tho, be patient at the reception desk. Some guests take a v long time to check-in or out. When they are busy you may wait awhile. Jakarta Fairmont is a luxury hotel in a nice neighborhood. Highly recommended. "

We had room service for a late dinner (Soto Ayam), food delivered promptly and tasted good. Great introduction to Jakarta after a long flight. Thanks Swissotel!"
