"This is a great hotel in a beautiful location. The apartment was big and well equipped. The receptionist and the manager were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a problem with train reservations. They helped and did not give up until it was sorted."

"The room was quite small for 2 adults and 2 children and there was a lot of noise from the interconnecting family room next door. The main problem was that the floors were filthy. The facilities in the room were OK. It was quite a long hike to get to the slopes and to restaurants. Overall OK but if we went back to Pra-loup we'd aim to stay further up the hill"

Also, you are given the impression that you are staying in the big mansion, but actually you are billeted in the the annex/building in front of the big house. The rooms are modern and well appointed.
