Lorsque nous avons réservé sur internet, nous pensions que d’après les photos notre appartement serait dans le château du site. Mais voilà, les appartements se trouvent dans une annexe non mentionnée sur le site, et nous avions l’impression d’être à Pierre et vacances.

Déçu pour un château

Rapport qualité prix décevant. Bonne surface du studio mais équipement très bas de gamme (frigo bruyant, pas de clim et pas de ménage)

En bien : la proximité de la piscine/du restaurant. En moins bien : un meuble cassé (porte manquante), manque de vaisselle pour certains accessoires (couverts). Une douche à l'italienne sans pare-douche avec les toilettes et vu le volume restreint de la salle de bain, de l'eau partout lors d'une douche, manque une baignoire. Réfrigérateur trop bruyant la nuit. Odeurs de cigarette.

Très bon séjour en famille

Séjour pour un week-end au ski, tout s'est très bien passé. La piscine a régalé les enfants et les parents. Nuit avec 2 adultes + 2 enfants de 2,5ans et 4,5 ans.

Nous avons réservé un appartement duplex. Très bel appartement avec beaucoup d’espace. Nous n’avons malheureusement pas pû tester les services annexes étant arrivés trop tard (séjour d’une nuit itinérant) parking couvert disponible, local à vélo Très bon accueil

Wir hatten ein schönes, grosszügiges Appartment mit toller Aussicht. Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Und das Nachtessen im Schloss war sehr fein in guter Athmosphäre.

bonne petite adresse pour découvrir l'Ubaye

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce bref séjour car le logement est très spacieux avec de grandes pièces , 2 salles de bain, 2 WC, une terrasse avec superbe vue et beaucoup de cachet. Les prestations hôtelières étaient tout à fait correctes, la literie de qualité et l'environnement très calme Seul bémol ce week-end là était particulièrement pluvieux et froid et la température intérieure était un peu juste pour des enfants en bas-âge. un peu de chauffage aurait été le bienvenu. Nous reviendrons volontiers pour découvrir cette belle région

Grosse déception. J ai réservé un château avec spa. Le spa est en panne depuis plus d'un an. L hébergement n est pas au château mais un bâtiment sans charme au dessus d'un garage

Excellent hôtel. Nous vous le recommandons. Emplacement génial et pratique. Duplex vraiment magnifique et spacieux. Tout le confort et même plus avec une piscine chauffée et le sauna dans la résidence. Très bon souvenir nous reviendrons.

Ski resort with heated pool

We stayed in a house-keeping unit (with kitchen, balcony, etc.). There was a lovely heated pool with a great view. The location was very convenient for excursions into the mountains (GREAT hiking a short drive away!!). We made our own meals, but the for-fee breakfast seemed pretty good (from what we saw). The laundry facilities were 2 washers (no dryers??), shared with the hotel cleaning staff. We decided against using them. We had to ask for dish detergent, dish cloth, and dry cloth, and what we received were very poor quality and very well-used (e.g. stained). There was a dish washer in the unit, so perhaps most people just use this. But how are you supposed to wipe off the counter without a cloth? It was a bit strange. The place overall needs some touch-ups (e.g. new coat of paint), but was otherwise fine. There is a small parking garage on-site, and a few spots outside.

Très mécontent !!!

Les portes et le lit grincent, la literie est bas de gamme, pas de connexion opérateur Orange ni de wifi dans l'appartement, il faut sortir sur le balcon ou utiliser le salon dans un autre bâtiment. Digne d'une auberge de jeunesse mais pas d'un trois étoiles !!! Chahut dans les couloir, déménagement de meubles à des heures tardives, les portes qui claquent.. L'espace ludique piscine est en travaux, le sauna en panne, le jacuzzi en panne, le hammam, à utiliser avec précautions (risque de panne) et les heures ont changées le lendemain de notre arrivée. Le parking fermé n'est pas respecté, certain prennent deux places et personne ne dit rien. Beaucoup de travaux de maintenance et de remise en état devraient être réalisés. Bien pour une nuit si l'on ne trouve pas où coucher mais pas pour un long séjour comme nous. Monsieur EXPEDIA devrait se renseigner avant de vanter les mérites de cet hôtel. Les logement du château sont peut-être mieux ??? Ceux des annexes sont décevant. Je ne pense pas refaire confiance à EXPEDIA pour mes prochains déplacements. Cordialement, René K.

super week-end prolongé de la Toussaint !

beau duplex spacieux, lumineux et très propre, très belle vue, personnel très gentil, accès piscine hammam jaccuzzi tres reposant après les randonnées. juste petit bémol. .. attention sol pres des marches et 1ère marche de la piscine glissant mais ils ont promis d essayer d y remedier. merci pour ce beau sejour. nous retenons l hotel et ne manquerons pas d y revenir.

hôtel à la montagne

Un château qui donne un côté féerique au lieu où le calme règne en maître. De belles randonnées à faire au départ de la résidence. La piscine, sauna, hammam et jacuzzi permettent de détendre les muscles au retour des randos. Le cadre est magnifique, les appartements très agréables et bien aménagés. Le personnel est discret, très accueillant et à l'écoute.

Nous avons occupé un appartement dans le château. Petit déjeuner très varié et bon. Spacieux, sobrement et proprement rénové. Vue unique. L'accueil est simple et très chaleureux. Piscine et spa très appréciables après de longues randonnées. Idéal pour une famille de 4 personnes.
