"We booked a 2 bedroom luxury apartment 24 hours before our stay we were asked for our phone number and then contacted by text to inform us that our accommodation had changed. As the rest of our trip was booked we did not have an alternative. We ended up in a studio flat in a not so nice part of town. We were also told that this was the same price but by no know means what we had booked"

"Die Eingangstüre war nicht angeschrieben. Park Möglichkeiten gabs auch nicht . Der Fernseher ging nicht. Meine Freundin hatte ein Bett was kaputt war. Die Treppen sind auch nicht der Hit. Zwei Wendel Treppen bis zur Wohnung. Mit Gepäck sehr schwierig."
