"The rock n roll theme throughout hotel was very neat. No loud music. It was very quiet and peaceful. Uses a key to enter room and must be returned to desk each time you leave. Breakfast, served from 8a-12p, was delicious with fresh fruit and eggs, yogurt, cakes, bread, salami. Tea time from 5p-7p. Nice long walk to downtown shops & restaurants. We did not like the carpet in the rooms and hallways. The oder in room from air fresheners and old carpet flared up my allergies. Had to sleep with...

"The hotel is close to Capivari and the staff is friendly. However the first room I was given was terrible! The safe did not work, it was noisy, dark, the shower leaked, the floor was in very bad condition and dusty in general. Fortunately, after complaining several times, I was able to change my room for a room with a view on the third floor, paying the difference of course! If you want to stay in this hotel pay for rooms with balcony or on the third level otherwise it is best yo avoid it."

"The room was cosy and clean. One person in the staff spoke eglish which was of great help. They could also help order food deliveries to the hotel. The hotel is a bit out side of the town but in a beutiful area and with incredible views form the balconies. It was not always possibe to get an uber to drive out to the hotel so it might be better suited if you come in a car. The parking is also very good."
