"The hotel food was great! Didn’t make it too breakfast as we sleeped in a little but the restaurant staff gave us some coffee and pastries and bread. The surrounding areas looks dangerous but we were ok . Hotel has no elevator and we had to walk thru the garage up a flight of stairs to get to our room. The lights go on and off senorsed besides that it was a great stay !"

"Vantagens: fica a alguns metros da estação de trem Osasco, do centro comercial (calçadão) e de bares e restaurantes. Desvantagens: no quarto que fiquei não tinha ar condicionado, não há café da manhã, é um pouco caro para os padrões do hotel, o hotel aparentemente era ou ainda é um motel e fui recebido por uma barata (vide fotos). Porém ficaria novamente por conta da localização."

"This hotel is either a scam or very close to it because of their disastrous check-in system. They provide no instructions for checking in, only a phone number that connects you to a bot speaking solely in Portuguese. After multiple attempts—while exhausted and waiting at the door after an 11-hour flight from the US—no one ever answered my calls. I was forced to take a cab and drag my suitcase across São Paulo just to find another hotel. Absolutely unacceptable. Never book with this hotel."
