Overall hotel is good, clean and cooperative.

Stay was good but hotel authority failed to check in because of not getting proper documentation from hotel.com but they provided me room without facing any problem

Nice Hotel in Bishtupur Area

Nice clean hotel with pleasant staff. It was a nice gesture on their part to pack me a breakfast when I was leaving early , though breakfast was complimentary with my room still the gesture coming from their side was appreciated.

Good business hotel

Stayed here 4 days in November 2014. The rooms are comfortable and good sized. I would recommend this hotel for the room quality. Staff had difficulty with breakfast service. During busy times, they seemed confused, inattentive and sometimes it would take 45 minutes to get a single cup of black coffee. Outside the restaurant, the staff were friendly and very easy to work with. I would definitely stay here again, the hotel is great. Wi-fi is available as well for free.
