The instructions on how to access the keys and the apartment itself were excellent. “Mountain views” meant views to the wall of a massive rock a few meters away. The apartment was clean and spacious. "Super central location, friendly staff, good breakfast but broken coffee machine. Custom made omlets for breakfast was a plus. Possibility to make a cup of morning coffee in the room was missed. A worn/dirty slot for inserting key card for electricity was noted and a little surprising. You can drive to the entrance and unload baggage. Parking is a couple of blocks away and costs 15 Euros/day, passing in/out was efficient. Overall a nice hotel, but some details could have been better."

"Very informative staff. A lovely lobby and an elegant guest lounge. The room was large and airy with big windows. A proper coffee machine. The only draw back is the refrigerator didn't work. Housekeeping tried to adjust the temp but no luck. They kindly offered to change rooms but we decided it wasn't necessary ."
