"Reception was proficient and polte. The lady in charge was clear with information required. She delivered tickets for the Taj at nominal additional cost. The breakfast had adequate foods for western tastes in addition to Indian staples. Staff members were again polite and proficient. The lady manager at reception arranged a taxi for us to our next location (Jaipur). The driver was good, the taxi modern and spotless and the costs clear and comprehensive. I was content with the whole package. "

"Property is very near (400m) to Taj entry gate. Room are spacious. Terrace pool which was clean to dive in. Terrace view with forest and a part of Taj visible. Outside food is not allowed, however, food is available at reasonable price with good taste. Recommended property in this budget!! "

"hotel is a five star. the staff and the concierge were very helpful, extended assistance to get me a train tickets to jaipur and new delhi. granted my request for a late check out. breakfast is amazing, with lots of choices, continental and indian cuisines. it’s highly recommended and will stay again. "When we checked in we had been upgraded to a suite which was spacious and comfortable. Large bed, plenty of hot water and toiletries provided. Daily housekeeping. A nice swimming pool on the roof an ideal place to cool off after sightseeing. There was a good variety of English and Indian style foods for breakfast. Friendly helpful staff who provided us with a complimentary packed breakfast on the day of our departure as we had a 5.30am start. We would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in...

"My stay at the hotel was spoiled by the fact the hotel. In fact the hotel owner said he had no connections with hotels.com. In other words hotels.com collected my money Rs 4, 032.I am considering this as a fraud and will take appropriate action is my money is not refunded in the next two business days."

"Location is brilliant however... No hot water, Wifi didnt reach room, powerpoints not working, TV didnt work. Roof top pool under repair. It looks like a very big work in progress. The place is very old but poor quality cheap cosmetic attempts to make it look better actually made it look worse. The fridge and AC did work and the toilet flushed.. Id rather pay a few bucks more elsewhere. "

"This hotel looks quite new. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff was service minded, and really did their best - despite their rather bad english. There are no restaurant or eating area at the hotel, but the food you get in room service is good. We would say you get a lot for your money here. The area is not good, though.
