We had a nice stay, the hotel was nice and clean, room was clean but could have been cleaner, such as bedside lights, they were covered in dust. The bathroom was nice and clean and would advise to change the mat in the shower as it was quite rusty and filthy but other than that it was clean. We just moved the mat out the way. I was sceptical to use shower, as the initial room, the pressure was very low so we had our room changed. In the second room, the shower was much better and water was nice and hot. But overall we were happy with our stay, especially for a hotel in the midst of phagwara which was very convenient. It can be a bit loud when there's a party downstairs but we were so tired we had no problems getting to sleep, beds were very comfortable. The best part was the staff who were very friendly, attentive and very helpful. They were available 24/7 for whatever we needed so big thank you to the staff. Thank you for a lovely stay.

I had a wonderful experience with the breakfast chef, the Restaurant manager Mr. Romit, and the front office team member Mr. Rajat at the hotel. The chef's cooking skills were impressive, making the breakfast absolutely delicious. Mr. Katwal's management ensured a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. Additionally, Mr. Rajat and the front office team were welcoming and helpful, making my stay even better. The combined efforts of these individuals contributed to a fantastic stay, and I'm grateful for their contributions to my positive experience at the hotel.

Generally the staff were friendly and polite. The room layout was a disappointment for an executive room. The fridge in the room was missing, only an empty fridge cupboard. the full length mirror was covered by one of the two chairs, the other chair was in the alley infront of the bathroom door, and infront of the window. The suitcases area and the clothes/safe cupboard was in the corner with no light in the area, making it difficult to find things especially at night.

Close to the the train station which was very convenient. Took less than 10 minutes by foot. The only thing there aren't any good shops near the hotel. I recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at Ambassador. I wanted my family to have a comfortable stay with great staff response. It is an experience from coming into the hotel, getting greeted and no issues at the reception. The reception guy was so calm and helpful. The breakfast and dining is exceptional. Rooms are so clean.
