Sigh!Requested foods keep the frezzer nothing done
Requested to keep the foods into the freezer when I collected it those foods aren’t form in ice 🤔. It just cold! Disappointed! Sigh!!!

Overall stay was ok. The shower room door had small issues with locking. The gym was also kind of small. However for the price point I must say it is decent enough to have a repeat stay.

Was expecting a very good stay, new hotel modern etc however rooms are quite small and the bed is not so comfy. The service Was very slow and we had to ask for service at the pool bar many times before someone could be bothered to serve us. Then the food was average and half the items on the menu were not available. Breakfast was very bad, limited choice and not very appealing. Wouldn’t come back

I stayed at IBIS Sunter, at first I was surprised with the size of the room. This visit was the very first time I stayed in Indonesia with a tiny room. If staying at the hotels in overseas, I can totally understand the small size, but normally hotel in Indonesia are quite roomy. The food most of them are cold or warm, not hot enough, I was looking forward to trying on with Wedang Jahe, that was cold, and the staff told me that they forgot to plug the cable ON :-(. Then the next days, I tried my second luck again with the wedang jahe, but the taste was so plain. Even my friend who are lives in Jakarta can't even eat it. Overall experience for the buffet I give 4 out of 10. I do not mind to stay there as only for a couple of days, but for staying longer or bring the family, I will not recommend as the place is not friendly area: food, small swimming pool and not sufficient for the kid's playground. For the bathroom, I keep ask for more toilet paper. I guess most Indonesia people use the spray water instead of toilet paper. So I have to ask the cleaning serving to add at least 1 toilet paper per day. Thanks

A Bare Necessity Hotel
It is not a business hotel (actually a motel). The room is very small, very little useful features (my room has only 1 cloth hanger). Why not a business hotel - there is a small table which reminded me of my kindergarten desk - hence not able to work. Since I was on business trip, cannot work in the room is insane......

Not convenient for transportation, no taxi available any time, no convenient store nearby either. well, the room is OK, but not clean enough, maybe because no sufficient staff to clean. That why you can find much dust even if the hotel is new.

房間小, 感覺枕頭及棉被有異味, 不確定是否有換新床套, 浴室水壓不穩定, 水溫也忽冷忽熱. 不提供免費拖鞋, 服務人員回應效率差 臨近一些商場, 需要自行坐計程車, 無法走路到達買東西
