The floor was stained and it was not really clean. Have a odour in the room as well.

Baik untuk makan, susah untuk berjalan
Tiba pukul 2 petang tetapi kamar masih belum siap. Perlu tunggu 30 minit baru dapat masuk ke kamar.
Berdekatan pasar dan Carefour, mudah untuk makan dan membeli barang makan minum di kamar. Tetapi lokasi tak digemari pemandu Grab, susah nak dapatkan Grab. Tapi mudah nak dapat Gocar.
Location is not the central city however still convenient enouh to the city centre or south jakarta with busway, commuter train, or ojek available at the nearby. Staff at reception, food, housemaid are alright with efficiant customer service but only one thing i was disappointed was room cleaning level was not really well, especially the sink had problems on drainage you cannot use it at all because the older water keep staying in it since long time. Also the bedroom floor was not cleaned, lots of marks after steped with wet duty shoes. The amenities or facilities mentioned on the booking page, more even mentioned on the hotel guidebook in the room, are mostly out of order. You have to buy from neareby shop or bring from your home if you need other amenities than tooth brush nand towels are all set.
If you love shopping then Blok M and Pasar Ciledug then you've made good choice. The distance is near and variety of public transportation i.e. taxi, bajaj and bus
Generally I was impressed with this hotel, however for the receptionist to be more enhanced the service and smile so that the guest could feel welcomed well

Misleading amnesties labeling and still charged
Despite an "okay" experience. I thoroughly disappointed regarding the policy and accountability of the service.
In the room you'll have 4 bottles of water with different size (2 1 litres, and 2 650ml). On it, there will be a label to tells you which is complimentary, and charged. On my stay i saw and took the complementary label on a 1 litre of bottle. Since standard of complimentary is 2 bottles of 650ml, i thought its actually a good idea to just provide with a 1 litres free. If you want to have extra, you gotta pay, as labeled on the rest of the bottles. Now fast forward to check out, when i tried to take my deposit out, they take a portion of my deposit for a bottle i drank. THEY ACTUALLY CHARGED IT.
I tried to tell them that they are mistaken since i did open the labeled complimentary one, and they can see it on my room that it was only the complimentary label is NOT on unopened bottle. They tell me they checked and they said even if what i say is true, its still charged. Since i don't have any proof that it was mislabeled when i arrived, they would only suspect me of switching the label if i bring them to my room, which already raided by the housekeeper who i believe already mess it up, and even might have switch it back to cover for their mistake.
Such a blantant act of avoiding accountability and still dare to charge them even if its their fault is unfathomable to me and doesn't make any freaking sense. Where's the integrity?
