No hot water, no wifi, no electricity, unprofessional staff without manners, below average food, horrendous showers, loud music and military camp fire, garbage all over the place. Sick animals. Highly advise everyone NOT to go there!
When we checked in we were a little disappointed as we got a cottage in the midst of farms as against a tent in the desert what we expected. But, once we settled in, we loved the ambience, the greenery, the hospitality, the food and the entertainment. More than everything else, the special attention which was given to us by the front desk, the restaurant staff and housekeeping made us feel good. The owners themselves made it a point to come across to our table and check our comfort and this really floored us. The only minus point is that it is far away from any other hotel which could also be viewed as a plus. My son who was travelling with me, felt we must go there and stay next trip too if we do visit Jaisalmer.
