"Upon checkin they told us they forgot to block the room we had booked and that the room was already taken. They proceeded to drop us at another hotel which seemed awful compared with the one we had paid for. I asked for shampoo and conditioner which were inherently available at the original hotel I had booked and this idiot of a guy got cheap soap bars delivered to my and my dad’s rooms!!! The bedsheets weren’t changed at all during the 4 days I stayed there and the staff gave my dad a hard time...

"A really good located hotel in “Marine Lines”, which means, that you have an easy way to it (Churchgate Station is around). The hotel staff was really good and always did everything for a smooth & relaxing stay. Only thing that could be better, is that the bathroom needs a renovation. All in all, I would choose this hotel again because of its value for money, included breakfast and friendly staff."

"The hotel behind Saifee Hospital. A side entrance a bit difficult to locate. No elevators..one has to climb 2sets of stairs/2x21=42 straight steps!!! Few rooms smelled high humidity.. the whole inside walls was tiled with what looks like rcream bricks and outline done with green marble. Positive: Great location near shops, train station, walkable to Central Mumbai area, good big bed deluxe big room, clean. Negative: They don't provide toilet paper ! noisy employees all night in the corridor...

Nestled in the heart of the city, the hotel felt like an oasis of calm, a peaceful, refined escape amidst the vibrant buzz of Mumbai. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and genuinely cared for by the outstanding team. A special thank you to Priya at the front desk, who checked us in so graciously and set the tone for a wonderful stay. She also took us to our room and checked us in there. Our room was decorated with flowers and balloons and the bed also had throws and cushions saying Happy Birthday. She then ordered us tea and coffee and that cake with the most delicious cake and cookies . Thank you for organising that for us and it was thoroughly enjoyed.
