The staff at this place was fantastic. Food was great. I wish they have pool and a place for all enjoy besides the rooftop bar. Overall it is good.

Could’ve taken the initiative to clean the room properly. Outside balcony had dead insects and was dirty. The behind the hotel there was waste water and would smell at times. The wifi connection was terrible it was non existent . I booked with jetwing for reliable wifi and cleanliness but didn’t have both.

Located in town adjoining a shopping mall and ATM. Excellent service with friendly front office and restaurant staff. What can be improved: name tags for all staff (i.e., no name tags for hopper makers).

Clean and friendly but pricing errors
Good hotel but at check-out, price was inflated, then a higher than official exchange rate was used to calculate the cost, and then wasn’t given the option to be billed in the local currency, which I beleive isn’t actually legal. Ended up as a result paying way more than agreed.

This property is up as a 4 star hotel but when we got there we were told there is no gym or a pool which means it is technically a 2 star hotel. It also has very limited space in the rooms and the bathrooms are tiny, the only good thing about the hotel is the delicious food.

Property was nice, but not as nice as other Jetwing hotels. No pool and limited facilities at the rooftop bar. Close to the town and fairly near the railway station. Plenty of staff but with a lot of 'Trainees' and we got the impression they were gossiping about the guests. Minor issue was getting a taxi to the railway station, we asked them to book one and they just went into the street and got a really scruffy, dented and tiny little local car for us - it was cheap, but not what we expected from a 4 star hotel!

Hotel close to the Fort and shopping, and local supermarket for supplies, staff attentive and helpful, waiters in restaurant growing in confidence and English language skills. Bed was extremely comfortable. Manager of hotel very helpful in organising free shuttle to train station.

This is my second stay at this hotel. Front the front desk staff to every service personal throughout this hotel is very polite, kind and always wanting to help. As someone who was born in Jaffna and returning after nearly 25 years, I appreciate they are staying true to Jaffna's true human spirit. If you are visiting Jaffna you must stay here. Tip try and get the highest possible room overlooking the Jaffna Fort, the sun set is breath taking.

Nice hotel. Quite clean, staff are friendly. Breakfast is great but no hoppers at the moment. It’s very near to Jaffna town. Near to a shopping complex with a food mall and a cinema. I think it’s a great location.
