The staff were friendly and helpful, It had everything I needed for my stay.
Breakfast was fairly basic - cereals, toast,, ham, cheese, spreads, boiled egg, juice and coffee - but very much what I'd have at home so no issues there.

The property is not the cleanest. Unjust fired employees from 4 years ago created a crowd and protesting with loud music right at the entrance of the hotel. Something sad and unexpected to see in South Korea. Rooms are cleaned every day and the property and rooms are outdated and smell old. The location is great however
