"I stay at hotels well over 100 nights a year around Tx, La, Ok, and Ar This hotel stands out as one of the best I have stayed at! Its staff is fantastic, the hotel is clean and comfortable, great bed, no stains or crappy sheets, fantastic water pressure in the shower. Even the breakfast selection was fresh and warm and the area was clean and picked up.. This hotel was fantastic!!"

"Clean room. Excellent breakfast. A/C did not cool room well. I ended up sleeping on the couch in front of A/C unit since the cool air was not getting to the end of the room where bed was located. Room needs a ceiling fan or better A/C unit."

"It was okay enough. Rooms did the job and they were decent. We had a rough time checking in... The front desk lady kept saying we hadn't paid, even though we had the receipt and proof of transaction on our cards. Finally, she just let us go on but we couldn't have access to any wifi and such. It was annoying, but we were on there to sleep, so I just let it be."

"There was water stains on the walls and stains on the lobby furniture. The pool and hot tub were digusting is was swap water at best. They charged me for the room even though I paid theu expedia still waiting on a refund. Every day we had to reset our key cards to get in the room and they said it was because of house keeping and even when I denied service to the room we had to register our key card again staff was very rude. When asked questions it was like I had bothered them and the "manager* said I dont know why the staff would tell you that because its not true they should have said some thimg else. I WILL NEVER STAY at this hotel again"

"The room smelled quite bad, like some kind of really strong cleaner cover a bad smell. Shower not hot and low water pressure. Beds and pillows comfy. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. Good parking. Nice hot tub/pool! Would stay here again, but a better smelling room would be nice."
