"Breakfast is decent, beach is right there, staff is amazing, and rooms are clean. There is a cool coffee machine. A couple of ‘heads up’: - The sofa bed probably is not useable - and the staff is unsure where to get the linens for it; I’m thinking only couples stay here…? Anyway, don’t plan on sleeping on the sofa. They also do not have cots. - No fitness facility of any kind! - Pool is small and shared with another hotel. - Parking is extra - $15 per day. - Beach is public access, and beach chairs/umbrellas are $40 per day and you MUST reserve them 24 hours in advance."

"Location is great for both dining and hanging out at Jax beach. Bar drinks and pool were better than I expected. Our room was a bit disappointing. The bathroom sink water handles were not working well and there was a pendant light out over our bed. Room size was great and so was the AC. Shower water pressure a bit low. No wash clothes or bath mat which for the price of hotel room was disappointing. Check in/out seemed understaffed. Overall I would stay again as the price was competitive."

"The hotel was beautiful, more than what I expected. Room was very clean and we had enough towels for my husband and I. Hot tub was so good after a whole dat at the beach. I will love for the hotel to offer breakfast as part of the amenities."

"I booked a deluxe villa, king bed with an ocean view. When we got into our room there were a couple of major issues with it. I found out at the front desk of the Omni that the units are individually owned and that they only managed them. This unit was not acceptable and I asked if they could move us to another room with a king bed and ocean view like I booked. This was the first time I have ever asked for another room and my husband and I have stayed in a lot of hotels. The supervisor at the desk was very nice and gave us another room in the same building (second away from the Omni resort) and a couple floors higher with a king bed and ocean view and a bigger unit that had just been upgraded last year. It turns out it was a suite! After we got into the new room everything was wonderful and we enjoyed the beach, pool and other amenities of the Omni. All the staff at the Omni were outstanding! One note, at the Villas you may not get everything that the resort fee is suppose to provide like bottled water in the room. However, you can always grab some at the resort."

"Enjoyed my stay. Had an oceanfront room Views were amazing. My poodle came along which was great!! We had appts at Mayo Clinic only a out 15 minutes away. Great location."
